Orko Energy Storage Series Overview

The Orko energy storage line is divided into three main series:

Inverter-Integrated Series

Includes stackable and vertical parallel types.

Each stackable unit is 5 kWh, expandable up to 6 units.

Nominal voltage: 51.2V.

Inverter options: Standard 5KW or High-Power 11KW models.

Wall-Mounted Series

Compact and lightweight, designed for wall installation.

Requires an external inverter to operate.

Battery / Rack-Mounted Series

Mainly differentiated by appearance and capacity.

BMS supports optional discharge control.

Requires an external inverter for use.

Lead-Acid Replacement (LiFePO₄ Retrofit) Series

Compact, portable design.

Easy to use — simply select based on desired capacity.

The packaging adopts dedicated export-certified UN cartons and UN wooden crates for battery shipment.

Certifications such as MSDS, UN38.3, and others are fully complete.

Equipped with a full range of advanced testing instruments, including:

High and Low Temperature & Humidity Shock Test Chamber: Used to simulate extreme environmental conditions, testing battery performance, safety, and stability under rapid temperature and humidity changes.

Vibration Simulation Table: Simulates transportation and real-world vibration conditions to ensure battery structure durability and connection reliability.

High-Power Laser Welding Machine: Ensures precise, stable, and low-resistance connections between battery cells and busbars.

Comprehensive Battery Tester: Measures multiple parameters such as voltage, current, and internal resistance to evaluate overall battery performance.

Capacity Grading and Testing Cabinet: Classifies and tests battery cells according to capacity and voltage consistency to ensure matching and reliability.

High-Voltage Aging and Charge-Discharge Testing Cabinet: Simulates long-term charge/discharge cycles under high-voltage conditions to test battery lifespan and safety.

Load Simulation Cabinet: Simulates real operating loads to verify the output performance, response speed, and stability of the battery system.


 

The Orko energy storage battery is primarily composed of LiFePO₄ battery cells and a BMS protection board.
The battery cells are supplied by EVE Energy, one of China’s leading lithium battery manufacturers, while the BMS protection board is sourced from JBD (Jiabaida), a well-known mainstream BMS supplier.

Each battery offers a cycle life of over 6,000 cycles. The LiFePO₄ cells are known for their high safety, excellent high-temperature resistance, and non-flammable, non-explosive performance.

Functions of the BMS Protection Board

Intelligent Battery Management:
Through programmed code, the BMS intelligently manages and protects the battery, providing safeguards against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, overload, short circuit, and extreme temperature conditions.

Inverter Compatibility:
Compatible with major global inverter brands such as Pylontech, Deye, Growatt, Senergy, SOROTEC, etc.
The BMS can also be customized to match the inverter protocol provided by the customer to achieve communication integration.

Auto Addressing:
When multiple battery modules are connected in parallel or stacked, the BMS supports automatic address detection, eliminating manual DIP switch setup.

 

Main Functions of the Inverter

Flexible Power Source Priority:
Users can set power source priorities — for example, solar power first, then grid power; or solar first, then battery power, then grid as backup.

Customizable Charging Priority:
Charging source priority can be configured as DC first / Solar first / Solar + DC / Solar only, depending on usage needs.

Integrated Inverter & Controller:
Built-in high-efficiency MPPT for stable charging (supports up to 100A current).
The inverter handles DC–AC conversion and voltage stabilization, ensuring dual protection for system reliability.

Pure Sine Wave Output:
Provides full-rated, pure sine wave output with stable discharge and voltage, offering better protection for household appliances.

Built-in Cooling System:
Internal ventilation and heat dissipation design ensure continuous and stable operation.
